If you live in Connecticut and you’re not registered to vote yet, it’s officially the last minute. Tomorrow (October 24th) is the deadline to either hand in your voter reg form to your local registrar or get it postmarked and in the mail if you want to vote on November 7th.

I don’t think it is. You can just stop by your local town clerk or registrar of voters and pick one up, I believe.
