Pecan Pork Chops

Pecan Pork Chops

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon crushed dried tarragon
2 pork chops
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat broiler.

In a bowl combine mustard, honey and tarragon. Coat pork chops with honey mixture and sprinkle with pecans; salt and pepper (to taste).

Place pork chops on a broiler pan and broil 10 minutes per side, or until cooked thoroughly. Place on a warm platter and serve.

NOTES: Fantastically easy and more delicious than it had a right to be.

Oh that just sounds yummy. I wish Kev liked pecans on his food!! I'll have to try it sometime when I'm feeding others.

Ooooh. We have pork chops about once a week. Must try this recipe. Mmmm. Yummmmy.

(oh, oh! I made the pecan sour cream cake a couple of weeks ago. *falls over dead of the deliciousness*)

Pecans...hmmm...that does sound great. Mustard and Tarragon always work well.

This was definitely one of those "I expected it to be good, but not *that* good!" recipes. And it did look like it was pretty darned easy to make.
